A Native DMV Broker
Built on This Market
I grew up in the Washington DC metropolitan area. I did not move here to work in real estate — I was already here, already rooted, already invested in this community before I ever earned my license. That matters because it means my knowledge of this market is not something I learned from a textbook or a continuing education course. It is something I have lived for over four decades.
I earned my real estate license over 20 years ago and spent the early part of my career building the transactional experience and market knowledge that most agents spend a career trying to accumulate. I completed an MBA at Fitchburg State University, earned my Project Management Professional certification, and eventually obtained my broker's license — the highest standard of real estate licensure available.
"My goal has always been simple: make sure every client feels informed, empowered, and confident — not just at closing, but for every year they own that home."
Donnell Williams Jr. — Broker / Owner, DMV Prime PropertiesWith deep roots in Prince George's County and specialized expertise in the National Harbor waterfront community, I bring hyperlocal knowledge that most DMV agents simply cannot match. I founded DMV Prime Properties because I believed the DC metro area deserved a brokerage built on a specific set of values: strategic expertise, elevated representation, seamless execution, and genuine alignment with each client's long-term financial goals. Not just selling homes. Building wealth. Building stability. Building the kind of ownership story that changes a family's financial trajectory for generations.
I am licensed in Washington DC, Maryland, and Virginia — which means I can serve clients across the entire DMV without the handoffs and referral fees that fragment the client experience when you work with an agent who is only licensed in one jurisdiction. My family and I call Charles County, Maryland home, and I bring the perspective of a homeowner, investor, and community member to every transaction I am involved in.
When I am not working with buyers and sellers, I spend my time coaching real estate agents — helping practitioners grow from self-employed individuals into true business owners and investors. That teaching mindset carries directly into how I work with clients. I do not just tell you what to do. I make sure you understand why, so you can make confident decisions with full information.
